Special Events at Hampton Hill
The following events have been arranged for the next few months. If you would like to book a place on a workshop or private sittings, then please call Linda on 0208 941 5177. For the majority of workshops, it is fine to turn up on the day but we would prefer it if you could call us to let us know you are coming and leave a contact number. We can then contact you if there are any last minute changes. Please remember to bring a packed lunch!
Sunday 8th November 2009 - “Spiritual Development Through the Chakras” Worskhop with Savina Miller. 10.30am to 4.30pm. Cost £15. Come along and enjoy a gentle workshop introducing you to the awareness of our chakras in relation to our spiritual development. This workshop is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.
Saturday 14th November 2009 - Open Day with healing, readings, tombola and stalls. 10.30am to 4.30pm. Entrance 50p. Please bring your family and friends and show them why we all love our little church. Readings are bookable and cost £15 with a £5 deposit payable in advance. If you would like a reading, please sign up on the lists on the noticeboard or call the church to book a reading. We would be grateful to receive any items suitable for our tombola stall.
Saturday 5th December - Psychic Art readings with Haydn Clarke and Stevie Robinson. Cost £20 per reading. Readings are bookable in advance with a £10 deposit. The booking sheet will be available from November 14th.
Sunday 6th December 2009 - "Exploring Spiritual Healing" Workshop with Martin Twycross. 10am to 5pm. Tickets cost £15. This workshop will explore the many aspects of spiritual healing and will cover the basic theory and practice of both hands-on and absent healing. It is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.
Saturday 12th December 2009- Christmas Party. 7pm onwards. Tickets £5. Come and join us for our christmas social. Light refreshments will be provided but you will need to bring your own drink. We will also be holding a “Secret Santa” present swap on the night for those wishing to participate. (No more than £6 to be spent on a present).
Thursday 17th December 2009 - Carol Service with Joyce Balcomb and Martin Twycross. 7.30pm. Join us for our special christmas carol service. We would be pleased to receive any items suitable for the raffle on the evening. Usual Thursday entrance fees apply.
Thursday 24th December 2009 - Special Christmas Eve Service, 7.30pm. This year, we will be having a special Christmas Eve service which will be a different type of service with an emphasis on spirituality. It will include a special candle ceremony to remember your loved ones in spirit and send out your loving thoughts to them. Usual Thursday entrance fees apply.
Friday 25th December 2009 - Christmas Day Service. 11am. Free entry. Do come and join us for our special Christmas morning service and you are welcome to bring your family and friends.
As usual, a mince pie and glass of mulled wine will be available after all of our special Christmas services.
THE CHURCH WILL BE CLOSED FOLLOWING THE CHRISTMAS DAY SERVICE AND WILL RE-OPEN ON SUNDAY 3RD JANUARY 2010
